Question 1

Do you ship cues the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because we own every cue we list, an in-stock order can ship the same day it is placed.

Question 2

Can I trade in or sell you a cue?

Accepted Answer

Call or text 586-321-2606 with the brand, model and photos. We buy and trade cues regularly.

Question 3

Are the cues new or used?

Accepted Answer

Both. Each listing states the condition. New cues come sealed; vintage and used cues are described honestly.

Question 4

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Free UPS shipping is offered on eligible items, and a free hard case is included on eligible cues.

Question 5

What if the cue does not suit me?

Accepted Answer

Contact us right away and we will work it out — that is how the shop has kept a 100% positive record since 2013.
